Healthy Living – Sesame Prawns

A delicious light lunch.

1. Stir fry raw prawns in sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame vege seasoning.

2. Spread avocado on crispbread.

3. Add baby spinach leaves, cucumber and top with freshly cooked sesame prawns.

Today’s positive…watching the sun setting after a productive and very hot Saturday catching up on domestics, editing a friend’s short story and stocking my fridge with delicious fresh food. Nothing satisfies more than feeling a sense of ‘having achieved’.

Today’s positive…after a big but productive afternoon with my writers critique group it’s nice to kick back with a favourite author. Especially when enjoyed with a glass of red on a balmy summer evening.
