A delicious light lunch. 1. Stir fry raw prawns in sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame vege seasoning. 2. Spread avocado on crispbread. 3. Add baby spinach leaves, cucumber and top with freshly cooked sesame prawns. Enjoy 🙂
Today’s positive…enjoying a work dinner being treated to delicious seafood at beautiful riverfront restaurant. Felt very spoilt.
