Today’s positive…waking up before the alarm. My body clock is back on track after last week’s daylight savings change. Always find it hard when I loose the hour in the morning, but it is nice to have the extra daylight at end of the day.
Today’s positive…waking up and enjoying a cuppa with my daughter, quietly easing into our day. We dont get a chance to do that much with her in SF and me in Sydney. But treasure it when we do
Today’s positive…my 20 minute morning yoga session is now preceded by 10 minutes of meditation. Perfect start to my day and my downward dog is definitely getting better. No longer feel like a stiff old whale going through the routine 😁
