Today’s positive…this morning I chatted to my sister in Denmark, excited about her first grandchild due in three weeks, as well as my daughter in San Fransisco, excited about her wedding in September. 2019 is shaping up to be a big year!
Today’s positive…Feeling quite proud that I have maintained these daily positive thoughts for all of 2018. The year is almost over and I am wondering if I should continue again in 2019. Intentions were only for a year, but I must admit the project has grown on me, and I love how it has made me focus on the positives in my life.
What are your thoughts?
Today’s positive…finding this beautiful Christmas card and pudding left for me at the AirBnB I booked into today. Sometimes it’s the little things that brighten your day the most.
Today’s positive…so glad I live in a country where I can still feel quite safe catching the train home from the city on my own at midnight on a Friday night. The train is filled with people all chatting away. I love Sydney for that.
Today’s positive…seeing my girl bursting with happiness and so in love….best feeling ever.
Today’s positive…the last few days has seen me forced into a much slower pace due to a bad viral infection. But it has also allowed me time to reflect and really consider what makes me feel good and what I want going forward. I am excited about that. So even sickness has its purpose 😊
Today’s positive…when someone goes out of their way to make sure you are safe and comfortable. Even more sweet when that someone is your daughter.
Today’s positive…waking up and enjoying a cuppa with my daughter, quietly easing into our day. We dont get a chance to do that much with her in SF and me in Sydney. But treasure it when we do
Today’s positive….is there anything better than cooking together? The food nourishing our bodies and the togetherness our souls.
Today’s positive…realising the absolute importance of self-love as the only constant in life. We truly only have ourselves.
Only by working on self love can our other connections and loving relationships improve.
