Saturday morning after a massive working week. Time to breathe in some fresh air and sunshine, and let nature rebalance me.
Today’s positive…Walked to meet up with good friends for brunch at a beautiful garden cafe at local arts centre. So lucky to live in a place where we have so much on offer and can walk around in safety.
Today’s positive….in spite of today being one of those testing shit days it did start with a positive….I dragged myself off to the gym @ 5.30 this morning. Awesome way to start
Received a nice compliment today from a workmate noticing I had lost some weight. It’s a slow process but it is happening 🙂
After an early start and almost 11 hours at work there was little energy left for my scheduled gym night. So whats a girl to do???
Put the music on loud in car home and sing along to re-energise. Then instead of making it to the gym doing my own in home session while dinner was cooking in the oven. Felt good and its all about keeping that habit going and not letting yourself down.
Another gym session after work. Pleased to feel my running stamina is improving. Even if Im certainly not running marathons its good to feel the small steps of increased fitness at each visit.
