Just spent the best night celebrating my birthday with family and friends. Great vibe, music, delicious food, plenty of drinks and heaps of fun banter and laughter. Feeling the love tonight. Turning sixty is not so bad after all 😄💕🎈🍸
Positive Thought 9/3/2018
Perfect girly day spent with my sister enjoyin gym session, manicure, clothes shopping and a late lunch. Then home to recharge with Netflix and finishing the day with a delicious dinner on the veranda with the cikadas creating our background music. Life is good.

Lunch time walks. They clear the head and minimise that horrible after lunch lethargy. We dont work in the prettiest area but even just walking around suburbia is helpful. Good to take time out to stretch your legs.

Back at work today after 4 glorious days off….positive??? Hmmm…..
Returning home to my sister with a cuppa ready and now organising dinner. I love ny sister 😁😁

Its my birthday and Ive had a great couple of days celebrating it. Turning 60. Quite confronting in many ways. Part of me has been dreading it. But really, it all comes down to being healthy, happy and loved.
Today has reinforced that. So many well wishes and time spent with loved ones getting spoiled.

Too many positives today. Hard to pick one. I guess its just been one of those allround awesome days in the company of people I love.
If I have to pick one….getting to know my daughter’s boyfriend and seeing how he cares for my daughter, seeing the love between them, seeing her happy…that is a big positive today.

Being surrounded by people you love and care for is the best nourishment for your soul.
I am relaxing in the balmy summer night air on my veranda after a full day starting with another trip to the airport picking up my daughter and her boyfriend flying in from SF, breakfast at home followed by swim in the refreshing clear ocean and a chill on the beach. Then lunch at outdoor cafe and finally home to relax, and a home cooked dinner on the veranda. Everyone has now hopped into bed and I am enjoyed some quiet time feeling very content. My heart is full. Tomorrow my oldest daughter will join us all and I cant wait. I may only have a small family and we may not live close to each other, but my family truly rocks.

Have spent a beautiful sunny day out with my sister walking the esplanade along the Cronulla beach followed by a leisurely lunch in a local cafe. So nice to have her here.
