A delicious light lunch. 1. Stir fry raw prawns in sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame vege seasoning. 2. Spread avocado on crispbread. 3. Add baby spinach leaves, cucumber and top with freshly cooked sesame prawns. Enjoy 🙂
Today’s positive…enjoying lunch in the winter sun with work mates in our local park chatting about weekend plans and upcoming holidays.
Perfect girly day spent with my sister enjoyin gym session, manicure, clothes shopping and a late lunch. Then home to recharge with Netflix and finishing the day with a delicious dinner on the veranda with the cikadas creating our background music. Life is good.
